How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders.
Our general dispatch time frame is 12-20 business days. You will receive your order within this time frame. You will be notified through a mail as soon as we ship your order from our end along with all the tracking details!
Some products are made on order only, where we can take up to 20 business days.
For express Shipping it takes 5-7 working days to dispatch!If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
For International Shipping it can take 20-25 Business days to reach you!

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

Return & Exchange Policy
Since this apparel is tailored and customized only after you placing the order, It cannot be subjected to any exchange or replacement.
If you have any issues with the product, you can contact us and get the issues resolved.
In the event of receiving a defective product and seeking an exchange or refund, it is imperative to contact us either on the same day of receipt or the following day. Additionally, a video proof of the unwrapping process, showcasing the condition of the order upon arrival, is mandatory. Refund and exchange requests that do not adhere to this requirement will not be entertained.
